Alaric Dezhou Futushu Leonidas Numachi, also known as Alaric D. F. L. Numachi or Numachi D. F. L. Alaric (in Sakura) and commonly as just Alaric Numachi is the son of former Tagavor of the Second Empire of Plagatéa Alexander S. Numachi and his wife Joanne Numachi of the Bai Federation. He is first in line to House Numachi, currently under Alexander S. Numachi's line. He has an elder sister, Kaori, and a twin sister Adeline.

Early Life[]
Alaric was born during the later years of the Second Empire of Plagatéa, in Yamagake, Sakura, alongside his twin sister Adeline, in Winter 116 AJC. This was after his father's abdication as Tagavor due to ill health, where the family had moved to Yamagake, where he would grow up. Both Alaric and his twin Adeline never lived within Ieon Castle where their sister Kaori had spent the first four years of her life, though the towers were easily visible from the windows of their house. They could only imagine its grandeur. It was often remarked upon that he was the near spit of his father, Alexander, with dark brown eyes and dark brown hair, which unlike his father had tinges of red in it sometimes revealed by the light.
Young Adulthood[]
Aged 18, Alaric moved to what was now Khorisal in the aftermath of the Veldski Civil War, to live with his elder sister Kaori at his father Alexander's behest, to find his place in the world as his father Alexander did when he moved to Yamagake as a young man. He moved in to a property first purchased during the construction of what was then Polskrige by his grandmother, Lady Aisuru Numachi, alongside his sister.
After the contingent of Sakuran refugees in what was Veldion, now the Plagatèan Regency,voted for his sister Kaori to become their representative and leader, his father Alexander Numachi summoned him back to Yamagake, as Alexander was aware through his friend and ruler of Goshumá District Daimyo-Praetor Oda Akihiro that Yamagake would soon be part of Plagatèa again, which was signed in proper and formalised with the Plagos Blood-Pact between Simulami and the Plagatèan Regency. Alexander needed his son to gradually take over duties in Yamagake and help deal with this return.
