Caramel is a town located in the north-western part of Kejafros on the Lijaligg Peninsula. It is located in the middle of the peninsula, in a valley surrounded by the Argoldirkic Range. It is a part of The United Empire of Arcael
History[]
Beginnings[]
Caramel was founded in 0 VE, it was founded by Elysia Rhodes Fjell when the settlers from Soolia landed on the shores of the then unknown continent of Kejafros. Soon after the founding of the city the first buildings sprung up to house the citizens of the small city. Though with humble beginnings the city then shorty went into a period of inactivity.
Interim Period[]

Shortly after the founding and up till present day (~95 VE) Caramel was in a state of neglect. With sporadic activity and not much being built. While the claim sat idly, its founder, Elysia Rhodes Fjell, proposed many plans on what they would do with Caramel, which ultimately never sprouted into anything.
Revival[]
Shortly after 95VE Winter was appointed to take charge in Caramel after the previous founder, Elysia Rhodes Fjell, was removed from government following an international incident and lack of activity. Winter gave Caramel their utmost attention and revived the crumbling claim into what it is today. Building many buildings, developing its existing infrastructure and also notably building the countries first Wafflehouse
Kingdom Period[]
Founding[]
Caramel used to be the capital of the kingdom of the same name. From 0 VE till ~29 VE The kingdom of caramel existed, the ruler was Elysia Rhodes Fjell.
Absorption[]
After 30 VE, the Kingdom of Caramel was absorbed into the Kingdom of Solara which was then ruled by CadenB_, with the capital moving from Caramel to the then Capital of Solara, Saleja. While the Kingdom of Caramel was no longer an semi-independant kingdom, it regained some of its autonomy by being co-ruled by CadenB_ and Elysia Rhodes Fjell.
Dissolution[]
After recent government reforms and months of planning, the kingdom system has been retired due to issues with activity relating to the system.
Notable builds[]
ICBM[]
Following a funny conversation in voice chat, the founder, Elysia Rhodes Fjell, built an ICBM in the the claim.
Wafflehouse[]
Following the wave of mass pancake-phobia related to Mrpancake21. The Wafflehouse was built to piss off MrPancake.
Dragons Peak[]
The mountainous fortress was once home to the royalty of Solara, yet with the passing of the kingdom era and the only surviving royal leaving Arcael in exodus, this fort is now the sole property of Caramel. The fortress overlooks the city from the north.
The Cherry of the Valley[]
This Cherry blossom is notable for being the only one of its size in Arcael. It is said in tales that the tree had been blessed by a wandering magical creature, giving anyone who stays too long next to it a weird, yet joyful, feeling of hope.
