Asheir was a duchy of the Status Civitatis Mýkitas it was founded and ruled by Rifle it culture is diffrent from the main land culture it resembles nordic with its cold weather. Under the New Asheir Bill, enacted in Winter of 125 TE, all business owners were be charged $200 daily. If not payed, their bussines were closed and all items were moved to the goverment treasury.
