The Haz-Arcanoh Proclomation is an agreement signed by Ningal MisticCrafter Audalad of the Kingdom of Theios-Essukdal as well as Valerian I Luris of the Aesperium Niedea on April 14th, 2021 which partitioned the former nation of Khuzdurin which had gone totally inactive and became an area containing the base of the infamous Bamboo Bandits. Khuzdurin was split between the Aesperium's direct annexation and between Theios-Essukdal's Counties of Siroba, Revanov, as well as a new military-occupied zone called Haz-Arcanoh. Once the territory was ridden of bandits, a land swap was conducted between the Aesperium and Theios-Essukdal to improve borders and the military occupied zone was designated the status of Archduchy within Theios-Essukdal.
